To refill a prescription, click on this link. Please make sure you have the following information:

  • Name of physician
  • Name of medication to be refilled
  • Dosage (e.g. oz, mg)
  • Supply (e.g. 30 or 90 day supply)
  • Name and phone number of your pharmacy

Please note: Some prescription refills require an office visit and cannot be refilled online. Processing your refill may take up to 48 hours.

Can I change my doctor?

StarMedical Group strives for customer satisfaction. If at any time you prefer to change physicians, we will do our best to find a doctor who will meet your needs.  


What if I no longer have insurance?

Please notify our staff if your insurance status changes, and we’ll work with you to find the best possible payment option.


How often do I need to see my health care provider?

Your doctor will always discuss a plan for follow-up visits with you. Your health is our first priority, so we encourage you to schedule an appointment or come as a walk-in patient anytime you are in need of medical attention.
